Former ATB manager acquitted of fraud charges
Larry Leroux, 60, former general manager of the Alberta Treasury Branches, is acquitted on the third of four fraud counts. The court heard there is no reasonable likelihood of conviction on the count involving a supposed free siding, and Leroux was previously cleared on two charges. The remaining charge concerns a $5,000 cheque to R L Accounting Services, owned by Leroux’s wife.
