SHAMROCK Texas a man Billy Jack Stevens 43 of Irving was fined 400 for running roadblocks set by police after a two car wreck on Panhandle US 66. Officers said the vehicle drove through roadblocks in several towns but was stopped when Joan Topper and highway patrolman RoC Parker shot its tires. No one was hurt in the Panhandle collision.
