The fair will to in Progress Day and night. The fair this year opens with an entire new Plant from grand stand to new steel guard fences. A building Campaign started two years ago ends to night with the official dedication of two Large hand some animals exhibit buildings erected this summer and replacing the last two buildings of the old fair establishment built in 1905. Tho dedication ceremonies will be accompanied by a banquet of the fair directors and wives with Mem Bers of the press of Mckean county As guests tills evening at o clock. With purses Oftei--t2 for the harness races the local meet is placed on an equal footing with the big fairs of the country assuring the Best racing programs Dally Ever witnessed in this Section of the country.
