Maurice School Year Ends With Commencement and Play
The Maurice Schools closed for a ten week break after commencement exercises addressed by Dr. Kippey of Sioux City. A crowded class play followed with strong performances by Dan Buckley and others. receipts reached 132 dollars. Several local families and Orange City visitors were noted in weekend and weekday travels as 4 H club met and community support praised.

The largest Maurice school class earns diplomas and closes another year. The class presented Apne Blossom Time to strong praise, with Rev. Hylkema delivering an instructive sermon and Rev. Rippey of Sioux City giving the commencement address on human progress and balanced life.
