Couple wins foster twins license after eight month fight
Roseann and James Lindemulder finally receive a DCFS foster license upgrade for twins after months of paperwork delays and alleged bias. The couple faced resistance, a judge kept both babies in their Lansing home, and advocates claimed the system sometimes undermines foster parents. The infants now weigh about 20 pounds each and are thriving under their care.
