Pincham and Tucker to speak at NAACP Illinois conference

Two prominent figures in law and government are set as keynote speakers for the Illinois State Conference of NAACP Branches 59th annual convention. Eugene Pincham will deliver the Freedom Fund Banquet keynote at 7 30 p m Saturday at the Holiday Inn in Harvey, and Joyce Tucker will keynote the luncheon at noon before a further judicial role.
