World Theater recruits teens for jobs at venues
World Theater and Star Security conducted student outreach at Tinley Park High Bloom High School and Hillcrest High School to hire ushers while Star sought adult guards. After a Sept 15 concert a suburban man was beaten raising questions on in house vs contracted security. Star requires guards age 21, with 20 hours training, and many hires come via referrals from police and schools.
