McGill Named Assistant City Manager in North Miami Beach
Former Richton Park administrator McGill will resign September 99 and begin duties in North Miami Beach by November 1. He came to Richton Park in 1976 as assistant manager, became manager in 1978, and was appointed by unanimous board vote in 1979. He holds a sociology degree from State University and a public administration masters from the institute in Chicago. His family lives in Park Forest. wife Coleen serves as auxiliary minister.
