Richton Park moves toward 500000 bond for water plant
Richton Park Village Board held a public hearing and moved to issue a 500000 sewer and water improvement bond for a new water treatment plant. The total project cost is about 18 million with funding from budget funds TIF and cash on hand. Bond sale set for 10 a.m. Nov 23 with Speer Financial Inc to handle the sale and results discussion. The plant would be built beside Tower 4 in Lincoln Crossing after a Clark Dietz analysis.
