Governors State University presents a two day workshop titled Alzheimer's 1994 A Look Ahead. Dr Jacob Fox Rush Alzheimer's Disease Center opens with a 9 a m keynote. Indians press for artifact protection at golf course site

Native Americans seeking to protect an archaeologically significant area at a Marley Road golf course project met with a local labor union representative. Three Miami Indian remains were found there last year and archaeologists removed artifacts before construction. The 19 acre area may qualify for the National Historic Register.
