Temple B'nai Yehuda to honor founding president with endowment

Temple B'nai Yehuda will memorialize its founding president Eric Glaser and establish the Eric and Bertha Glaser Endowment Fund at its June 4 outdoor music service. Glaser died last December and left silver Kiddush cups to the temple. The ceremony also honors temple leaders Sherry Dreyfuss Nancy Durach Friedman and Henry Altman and concludes the year with a Sabbath dinner. Rabbi Leo Wolkow notes the endowment supports education for the temple's children through temple programs and other Jewish education groups.
