Youth charged in alleged kidnapping plot at James Hart
A 12 year old boy at James Hart School Homewood has been charged as a juvenile with one count of solicitation to commit murder and six counts of solicitation to commit aggravated kidnapping. He allegedly wrote letters seeking peers to help kidnap four girls and was held at Audy Home Chicago with a Wednesday hearing planned to decide his disposition.
