Grinnell volunteers renovate Matteson sanctuary project
Fourteen volunteers began a two month renovation of a 12 unit Matteson building to house battered women and children as part of Grinnell Serves. The Grinnell College effort, with the Chicago Regional Planning Committee, included a Cabrini Greens literacy fun run and book drive and a homeless shelter project. Alumni and eight Kenwood Academy students contributed.

Park Forest Bicycle Race Draws Hundreds in Crete Debut
