AFSCME Council 31 says Wilt County Health Department workers will attend the Board of Health meeting at 6 p.m. at 501 Ella Ave Joliet to oppose the plan to discontinue two mental health programs. The move would lay off at least 11 employees. Local 1028 represents the staff.
