Matteson Memorial day festival plans set by town groups
Matteson parks and recreation with the Matteson Jaycees plan the third annual Memorial day festival on May 26 at Memorial park. The day features a 9 a.m. Historical Matteson 5K run walk, 7:30 a.m. packet pickup, a pancake breakfast, a road show by WBSW 99.9, Kids Sports Challenge 85, Matteson 500 Big Wheel race at noon, a Black Rose band, horseshoe and volleyball tournaments, and various games with registration in the park.
