Life safety bond sale delay forced by ruling

Brookwood School District 167 delays its life safety bond sale after a court ruling limits interest to seven percent. The board extended its meeting to 8 p m next Tuesday to open bids for 1 530 000 in bonds and urged state action. Superintendent Peterson expects resolution but notes no current payouts.
