Zoning Battle Over Setback Variance in Feathercreek Subdivision
Trustees debated a variance request by Jeff Decker for 5614 W Feathercreek to build a single family home 5.5 feet from the side lot line in A-2 zoning. Despite objections from resident George Blred Jr and trustee concerns about precedent, the board tabled the issue to May 20. The meeting also approved a $6,400 Aldridge Electric quote to install pedestrian signalization at the Lincoln Highway corridor near Kostner.
