Ryan announces area public works projects in southern suburbs
Gov. George Ryan unveiled Illinois FIRST funded plans for South Suburban communities. Projects include Homewood storm water maintenance, Ford Heights ambulance, Lynwood brush fire truck, and Orland Park police command center. Also announced were I 80 94 lane addition and I 57 I 294 interchange work. New Lenox water project gain focuses on lake water supply with a 20 year loan.
