College looks to major budget cut at South Suburban
South Suburban College trustees vow to cut 137000 from the 1993 1994 budget to eliminate a projected deficit. President Richard Fonte cites a 1994 shortfall of 137070 and reduced state funds. Budget revisions, department cuts, and preserving a balanced budget for accreditation are planned as a full service college navigates funding losses.
