Fund to aid K C Conlon established

Donations are being accepted via LaSalle Bank Matteson for Friends of K C to help with medical expenses of 3 year old Kevin Christopher Conlon of Flossmoor. The family faces unreimbursed costs exceeding 400000 as therapy advances remain largely experimental and insurance coverage is limited. Kevin’s father Kevin Conlon serves as Rich Township supervisor and Democratic committeeman.

Free TB Testing Starts at University Park Health Facility

TB skin tests will be provided by the Will County Health Department at the Eastern Will County Public Health Complex 44 Towncenter University Park. Testing runs 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday and then on the first Tuesday of each month thereafter. Through October tests are offered in Joliet Mondays and Fridays 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Call (815) 740-4420 for more information.
