Two youths beat Hazel Crest girl on Coventry Court
A 13 year old Hazel Crest girl said two strangers beat her while walking home on Coventry Court around 6 p.m. July 12. Police reported bruises and parent consent for no medical care. A separate incident at Versailles complex led to a disorderly conduct charge for a 16 year old girl.

Three autos broken into at 211th St municipal lot
Three cars were broken into at the 211th Street municipal lot on Wednesday between 5 30 a m and 6 15 p m. Burglars pried off a passenger side door lock to gain entry to two vehicles and smashed a vent window on another. Losses totaled 3470 with $2500 in stereo equipment 300 in tools and a car stereo plus a cellular phone cord stolen from the other two vehicles.

Two men arrested for residential burglary in Enterprise block
