Tragic death by own action claims two in Tinley Park
Police report carbon monoxide fumes from a closed garage killed 49 year old Richard Hutchinson and his 31 year old partner Denise Reeves in their Tinley Park home. Neighbors Erna Hagbom and Hertha Taube, 90 and 85, were hospitalized after inhaling fumes. Authorities say Hutchinson’s death appeared self inflicted and Reeves died from the gas.

Motorbiker killed in crash near Monee
Park Forest man Rodney L. Davis, 33, of Sauk Trail, died after his motorcycle left Route 50 at Route 54 in Monee overnight. Davis, traveling north at about 12:15 am, was transported to Silver Cross Hospital in Joliet where he was pronounced dead. The crash remained under investigation Saturday afternoon.
