Dolores Tyus 62 a patient in the ambulance may have died before impact while two other ambulance occupants were treated and released. Phoenix officer faces termination for on duty assault
Phoenix Patrolman Kevin Moore, 26, awaited a Police and Fire Commission ruling on termination after allegedly striking Harvey restaurant manager Robert Martino when credit for a pizza was refused. Moore, in uniform, was on duty and could face up to five years if convicted of a Class 3 felony. He was jailed on a $5,000 bond and later released as prosecutors pursue the case.
