Landlords seek voice in Park Forest ordinances
A newly formed Park Forest Landlords Association aims to influence village ordinances affecting rental properties. Village Manager Janet Muchnik says the out of town group mainly includes Richton Park residents, not a cross section of local landlords. Reinbold, a Richton Park trustee, notes about 15 members with half outside and half inside Park Forest, and says landlords are major investors who pay taxes.
