Village water tank funds keep pedestal plan in play
The Sauk Village board, amid a tax levy discussion, advances a plan to fund a 250000 gallon pedestal style water storage tank. Columbia Homes adds 25000 to the kitty and the total 335000 will be invested to offset pedestal tank costs. The tank will not cost village taxpayers. The board also approves William H. Fleming to the ZBA and hires Ben Adcock as interim public works director after Dan Fielding resigns to become a dairy farmer in downstate Illinois.
