Foreclosure at Burnham Oaks stalls summer plans
The Burnham Oaks complex in University Park faces federal foreclosure, with 500 residents unlikely to see the lodge or pool reopen this summer. The transfer to a new owner will cause few direct changes for tenants, as the process drags on for months and a sealed bid sale seems likely.
