Banovich opposes Frankfort annexation of Wynncrest
Richton Park Mayor Rudolph Banovich blasts Frankfort for plans to annex the 200 acre Wynncrest site at Sauk Trail and Ridgeland Avenue. He argues the land lies in Richton Park and violates a 25 year old gentlemen's agreement not to annex east of Harlem.
