Croxton Collaborative and Serena Sturm Architects collaborate with Prisco on a new village hall featuring extra insulation to cut costs and energy efficient light shelves and sensors. The two-story offices and one-story meeting wing sit beside a lake with a surrounding trail, extensive landscaping, and a glass south wall to maximize natural light.
