Annapolis March 7 The House passed Mr Fords bill to incorporate the Barton lawn and lawmakers approved Lehmayer’s measure allowing ballots to be counted when cross marks extend beyond the square opposite a candidate. The statewide bill now goes to the Senate as both houses adjourned until Monday.
United Press reports a solemn high requiem mass held in two Catholic churches for thirty two children who perished in the Collingwood fire. Sixteen caskets lay before the altar at St Mary's and sixteen at St Joseph's Church. Plans for a memorial service Monday in Protestant churches are near completion.
Wu Ting Fang minister to China travels through Pittsburg with a large retinue of servants after arriving on the Fort Wayne and Chicago line following a two wreck delay. He will proceed to Washington this evening.

Ar E H Welsh sprained an ankle by slipping on the ice and falling. He is improving slowly and will be confined to his room for several days more.
Judge Woods issued injunctions preventing Bedford and Huntingdon county commissioners from acting against the Huntingdon and Broad Top Mountain Railroad Co. The company will revert to a three-cent fare starting Monday, March 9.
A morning blaze in Peoria Missouri destroyed the International Harvester Co. house the Hart Grain Weigher Co. the Minneapolis Threshing Co. and other implement plants. Loss pegged at five hundred fifty nine thousand dollars and the fire continued to burn as of reports. Washington March 6 The House moved to investigate Representative Lilley’s charges about submarine boat construction. A rules committee resolution cited appointing a committee to investigate alleged corrupt practices by the Electric Boat Company and members of Congress relating to related legislation.
United Press report from Kenton Ohio says bandits blew up the Mont Victory State Bank at Mount Victory early today securing $500 before fleeing on stolen horses. Local pursuit failed to catch them.
