Sommers sues Go City for ten thousand damages
Carl Sommers, of the North side, through attorneys G J Williams of Grand Rapids and M Neming of this city, files suit against Go City for personal damages totaling 10000. He alleges two causes of action arising from sidewalk conditions along Spruce Street and lot 16 in block 48, claiming injuries from slips and falls on defective snow-burdened walk and along the southerly end of lot 1 block A. The first claim seeks 45000 for a shoulder injury. the second seeks 5000 for internal injuries. The suit proceeds in the county court with expected trial.
