The Times Moves Ground Floor Office and Plant
The Times begins moving its plant and offices from the second floor of the Daemle building to the ground floor of the armory building. The remodel includes 2000 square feet, ceiling-mounted machinery, and new piers for foundation support. The plant will be operational at the new quarters before week’s end, and attorney P A Williams will also occupy space in the new building with a ground floor entrance.

Municipal Election Set for April Fifth Contests Center on Mayor and Ward Seats
The upcoming April 5 municipal election will not greatly change the Common Council makeup. Mayor candidates are Robert Connor, the current incumbent, and Alderman Frank A. Noll. Plans for through service between Duluth and Chicago
Preparations are under way for the inauguration of through passenger traffic between Duluth and Chicago over the Soo line in April.
