Downstate bankers toured Marshfield on Saturday to inspect dairy attention in central Wisconsin. Mayor Felker greeted the delegation at the depot and guided them by auto to several hotels for breakfast and a countryside ride. Phone Hearing Dated for Friday in Rate Dispute

Pursuant to an Order of the Railroad Commission a hearing on the Lindsey Rural vs Marshfield Exchanges rate adjustment will be held in City Hall on Friday at eleven o'clock. Lindsey’s attorney N M Deming of Marshfield will appear. Marshfield says no attorney will be present as facts can be presented by Lindsey’s counsel. The postponement from June 6 was due to an open letter from the commission noting time needed for Marshfield to prepare. the new hearing date is June 26 at 12 p m in City Hall.
