Why We Fight NOS on Why We Fight NOS on By CLARENCE L

Clarence L argues the Union League Club of Chicago that a German victory would end freedom worldwide. He traces Russia's turbulent history from czarist autocracy to bolshevik chaos, arguing Americans must continue fighting on the western front to keep Russia from falling under Prussian domination. The piece condemns Bolshevik aims, emphasizes unity with Allies, and rejects negotiating peace while any Russian territory remains under German leverage.
