Business Men's Annual Meeting in Marshfield Wisconsin
The Business Men's Association of Marshfield Wisconsin held its annual meeting at city hall last Monday amid severe weather. Secretary Hume reported on finances, committee work, and proposed plant locations including a Milwaukee bedding company site, a Detroit folding plan, and a Peninsular Chair Co project in Tronto. The meeting elected three directors, discussed telephone links with twin cities, raised the annual membership from 1 to 6 dollars, and adjourned after agreeing on year-end business.
