Color gasoline for safety amid deadly Grand Rapids crash

Proponents say state testing and enforcement could require coloring without extra cost, reducing explosion risk on farms and in factories. The article also reports on a Wisconsin Louisiana Land Co meeting electing officers and notes a lost-and-found discovery of a black horse and a cutter near McMillan.

Early March sees the Choral Society primed for its first concert with the full chorus, solos, and quartets. New voices arrive as rehearsals continue Thursdays under Mr. Edwin Howard whose quiet directing and musical knowledge have fused a large, inexperienced group into a capable chorus.
