A destitute family named Hostiel living on Cherry Street near Ontulu Turnpike drew help last Tuesday morning. Jobo Clapper started a drive collecting funds and distributing relief to the ailing husband, wife, and eight children, aided by Ronue, a local poormissioner, who visited the home and set aside a relief allowance.
Lien of Bayfield County and Alta Bell Brinton of Unity wed at Unity Wisconsin with Rev A Britton officiating. Lien a rising businessman with White River Lumber and Mercantile Company and Brinton noted as a successful Northern Wisconsin teacher.
