Eastern Star Banquet Hosts Initiation Ceremonies
Thirty five members of Arbutus chapter No 42 arrived from Stevens Pot to conduct initiation for Everett A Upham chapter No 52. They were met by a local committee and taken to the Presbyterian church parlors for an elaborate banquet. About 100 people attended including Stetl members and their guests. Afterward they moved to the Masonic hall for the initiation and installation of officers for the new year.

Mrs Anna Wolf Dies After Illness in Marshfield At 60
Mrs Anna Wolf passed away Saturday evening at 5 20 at age 60 at her home 509 West A street after months of illness. Born in Hillnvis she lived there until 1879 when she married Joseph Wolf of Harrison Wisconsin. They moved to Marshfield then to a nearby farm before 1912 later settling in Marshfield. She leaves a husband and several children all present at death. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 9 20 a m at St John s Catholic cemetery with interment in the Catholic cemetery.

Ships some clover seed to Ohio and Indiana buyers
William Uthmeier shipped this week 240 sacks of medium red clover seed to an Ohio concern in a carload shipment. Another carload went to an Indiana party. He has hulled about four carloads of clover seed this winter and operates three seed mills in his warehouse.
