Thieves Escape After Bicycle Theft Near Paris Farm
Two young men stole bicycles from Frank Culu and Ora Hunter and fled into a nearby corn field after police spotted them north of the cemetery. Neighbors were alerted, the duo visited a farm south of Paris for breakfast, and the owner phoned the Paris chief who pursued them but they fled. The sheriff recovered the bicycles and returned them.
