Danville Road Plans Reported For 1869 Completion
A private letter from a New York resident notes that Judson and Tenney authorized Mr. Ingle to announce a Chicago to Danville rail line. Arrangements with Mr. Young allow fall location and grading, with spring construction from Chicago to Danville and Watseka, aiming for a through train by end of 1869.
