Elmer Quillen died at his home near Dennis on Tuesday morning. Services were held at the Dudley Methodist church and burial followed at Grandview in Paris. Goldie B Kennedy aged 67 died at her daughter’s home in Marshall. Survivors include her brother George Newell of West Terre Haute. Funeral services were set for this afternoon with burial in Forsythe cemetery.

Hunters Return From Ten Day Canada Trip With Moose Bears
Robert Flowers and Benton Marrs of Marshall Delbert Kuykendall and Earl Juyken dall of Terre Haute returned from a ten day hunt near Sioux Lookout Ontario. They traveled by car train and boat and brought back two moose two bears and several grouse. Flowers killed the larger moose about 750 pounds and Marrs was active on bears.
