Hallowe'en Parties Light Up Local Homes and Hospital
The G L G Sunday school class entertained at the Ed Saiter home with hosts and guests including Rev. and Mrs. Leach and many local families. John Mathew and family celebrated their fiftieth wedding anniversary with a noon dinner for 24. Halloween gatherings occurred across Marshall with teens and families, including Thelma Montgomery, Mabel Miller and others, plus a nurse alumnae party at St Anthony's hospital in Terre Haute. A Cove Cottage dinner honored G C Hallou er as he left Marshall, and a masquerade and Masonic banquet were noted among local events.
