Patrolman Mc Clellan stopped three 16 year old boys on U S 40 east of Marshall who asked for the bank. Two entered the First National Bank with four checks totaling 64 dollars signed by the mother of one boy. The trio, named George England Jerry Sluss and Jackson Hacker all from Indianapolis, were jailed in Clark county after arraignment and claimed past involvement in a $700 Indianapolis robbery that had been cleared up.
