James A. Lovett of Champaign and formerly of Marshall died May 291. He was born in Pennsylvania about seventy years ago and lived in Brimfield, Illinois, earlier. Lovett worked in the morcaa ile business, married at thirty seven to Florence Morgan, and had three sons Charles A. Lovett Robert F. Lovett and Temple R. Lovett. He was active in church work and served in an ost lal capacity. Services were held at Trinity Methodist Church in Champaign and burial Monday at Brimfield Harmon.
Bert Sowers tells Herald he is Champion Potato Grower at the YW Valley. He notes that at 12 15 p.m. June 2 he harvested two 100008 zones of potatoes with tubers.
