County Court session disposes few criminal cases
The county court term opened Monday with little docket action. Charges against William Barnes for concealed weapons Joe Layton for giving liquor to a minor Albert Cook for wife and child abandonment and Alice Larrison for selling intoxicants were dismissed by the state s attorney. Other cases were continued to the next term. A large probate docket and many estates were reported for settlement. The county treasurer will seek judgment today on delinquent lands and town lots.
