Baby Show Headlines Crowded Midway At County Fair
Crowds flocked the big midway and baby show at the fair Tuesday and Wednesday. Funeral for Mrs Sislock in Pittsburg At First Christian Church
Funeral services for Mrs Fern Hazel Sislock wife of John Sislock were held Monday afternoon at the First Christian Church with interment at Rosehill cemetery. Dr A M Laird conducted the service. She was the daughter of Mr and Mrs Martin Pyeeman of Pittsburg and died after an operation at Carbondale on Sunday. Pallbearers included Messrs Fred Saunberg A Harris Moddy Roberts and others. prayers and songs were offered by Mrs Paul Colp and Mrs Sidney Sage.
