Notice grants letters of administration for Catherine Sittes released to EA Sitzes on Aug 1 in Hellinger county Mo. Creditors must present claims within one year for allowance or be barred from estate benefits, and claims not exhibited within five years of publication will be forever barred. Administrator EA Sitzes seeks to settle the estate.

Whereas Thomas H Snider and Bettie Snider his wife conveyed property to secure a note to Hubert P Wilson the real estate described as the west half of the southeast quarter section 31 township 32 range 11 east except one acre totaling 79 acres will be sold at public auction at the Marble Hill courthouse door on Friday September 21 1894 for cash to satisfy the deed of trust and costs of execution.
