Hill visited town Saturday and Jacob Martin of Aurora Missouri spent time with friends in Glen Allen last week. Prof Orville Zimmerman returned from Dexter for vacation and will teach there another year. Miss Ethel Stevens is home from Cape Girardeau Normal School for vacation. Quarterly conference was held at Glen Allen with Elder Vaughan preaching. Rev William Bess filled regular appointments and Caroline Zimmerman of Glen Allen visited Cape Girardeau. Mrs FE Lincoln of Cape Girardeau is visiting J M Deck’s family. Funeral of D J Bennick near here on May 25 was held at Trace Creek cemetery.
