The administrator of the estate of Martin N Purr, deceased, will present final settlement at the next term of the Probate court of Bollinger county Missouri to be held at Marble Hill on August 14. Cras. E. Fiegr is administrator. Miss Mollie Viselwa arrived home from Dexter Monday for a weeks vacation with her parents. Miss Fiveher reports a successful season in the millinery line.

The state case against Dr. 5. M. McAnally before Squire Zumerman at Dongola resulted in a guilty verdict and a $1 fine. Prosecutor Robins faced capable defense counsel as Chas. G. Revelle Wm. M. Moreau and J. W. Caird argued the case.
