Postmaster W B Yount announces Marble Hill post office up to third class with salary $1500. Notices include local ads and doctor remedies. A large crowd gathered as Cecil Pilips faced trial and was bound over to circuit court. Family thanks express gratitude for support during illness and death.

The Southeast Missouri State Teachers College at Cape Girardeau begins the fall term Monday August 30 1920 with registration for entrance on Friday and Saturday August 27 and 28. The college offers standard collegiate courses plus Agriculture Animal Husbandry Mechanical Arts and Trades Domestic Science and Art.
