Second regular teachers examination set for June in Mountain Grove and Hartville
The County Board of Education announces the second regular examination for 1909 will be held June 25 and 26 at Mountain Grove and Hartville. Renew certificates by sending them in before the date. This is the last exam under the old system. after August 15 examinations will be conducted by the county superintendent alone. A two day meeting for teachers and school officers at Hartville on August 25 and 26 will instruct on the new course of study and organization under the revised school law with many changes favorable to rural schools. The new law will be printed for distribution by that meeting. No school should begin before September 1 to align with the new work.
